HEALTHY VALLEY 2000

Community Honor Roll

Healthy Valley 2000 recognizes on its Community Honor Roll new community programs and initiatives (not agencies) that are consistent with the Healthy Valley 2000 mission: to improve the quality of life and health status of Valley residents and the community by making the Valley a better place to live, work, raise a family and enjoy life. Programs recognized must have been created or significantly enhanced on or after January 1, 1994. Programs must be in operation and have beneficiaries. Enrollees will receive a letter and certificate recognizing their achievement, and will be included in the Healthy Valley 2000 newsletter and publicity about the Honor Roll.
